* Should I allow incoming connection on my Samsung TV when I stream/mirror to it for the first time?

The first time you try to stream/mirror to your Samsung TV, there might be a message looks like this showing up on the screen of your TV. "A new device has been detected. Do you want to allow it to access this product?" At this point, please select "Allow", and the streaming should start just fine.

If you, however, clicked "Deny" by mistake, you can easily remedy this undesired situation by following the instructions listed below.

If your TV is from 2011 to 2014:

On your Samsung TV, please go to Network/Allshare Settings/Content Sharing, and select the device with “Denied” next to it. Click it and change the setting to allow. Then you can streaming media files to your TV just fine.

If your TV is from 2015 to 2017:

On your Samsung TV, please go to Network/Multimedia Device Manager, select the device with “Denied” and select allow. Then you can streaming media files to your TV just fine.
