This problem occurs usually because of network issues, mainly when using 2.4GHz WiFi networks. When your Mac and Xbox One are on 2.4GHz WiFi network, then you are more likely to experience intermittent freezing of video during streaming than on 5GHz.

 

In order to resolve this issue you can either simply connect both devices using a 5GHz WiFi network or LAN cables. 

 

In some cases, if you are doing some kind weight lifting tasks with your local network such as downloading or transferring big files when streaming the gameplay, you also might experience sporadical freezings. So to fix it, please avoiding heavily taxing your local network when streaming your gameplay.
